Let the Divine Mercy Shine from Your Home!

To protect you and your family, the Marian Fathers urge you to post an Image of the Divine Mercy on your front doors. Father Chris Alar, MIC, explains why. More info here.

Confessions on Divine Mercy Sunday

The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be made available this upcoming Sunday, April 19 from 2—4PM at the Basilica of St. Stanislaus Kostka in Winona.

Social distancing precautions will be taken, and as a result, there will be no face-to-face confessions offered.

Even if you are not able to attend, we encourage everyone to rejoice in the mercy of God on this Divine Mercy Sunday.

"Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion — inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself." (From the Divine Mercy Chaplet)

Easter Greeting!

From Pastor, Fr. Mark McNea, Parochial Vicar, Fr. Matthew Wagner, and seminarian, Tim Welch, we wish you and your families a very blessed Easter!

Holy Week Time for Confessions

Looking for an opportunity to go to Confession during this Holy Week? Confessions will be available at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart this Saturday, April 11 from 10AM — 2PM.

Proper social distancing precautions will be taken, and as a result, there will only be behind the screen confessions.

Signs will be posted in the Cathedral on Saturday  morning which will guide penitents to the available confessional areas.

Holy Week Greeting

Hello from Fr. McNea and Fr. Wagner, during this particularly unique Holy Week. Prayers and blessings to you and your family during these sacred days ahead.

Prayer Ministry

The Diocesan Office of Missionary Discipleship has organized a prayer ministry to reach out to people who would like someone to pray with.  Anyone can be prayed with by phone and ultimately connected to someone at the nearest parish for prayer.  Please share this with family, friends, and those who may be interested!

or 507-454-4643 x277

This is not reserved for Catholics only.  It's here for anyone who needs prayer.
